Grooming

At Jo-Mar Grooming, we offer different grooming packages to suit your needs as well as a host of a la carte & spa services.

Our Grooming Services Include:

• Plenty of hugs & kisses
• 15 Minutes of Brushing – to improve the health of the hair and skin
• Nails – untrimmed nails can be very painful for a pet
• Ears – ear cleaning and removal of canal hair helps to prevent ear infections
• Plenty of TLC

• Sanitary trim – to keep the ‘privates’ fresh and clean
• Bathing – fun in the tub!
• Drying – hand blow outs and fluff drying, absolutely NO heated cage drying!
• Bandana or bow
• More kisses to send your pet on their way!

Vaccination Shots Required

Grooming Visits
DHLPP (Distemper Parvovirus), Rabies, Canine Bordatella and Influenza are required annually.

Boarding Visits
DHLPP & Rabies and Influenza are required annually. Bordetella is required to be administered every 6 months (2x year)

*A full cut is when the stylist clips the body hair, leaving it long or short. The stylist then trims the skirt, chest, legs, head and face to blend in with the length of our client’s cuts.

*All prices are dependant upon the breed, size, condition and behavior of our clients.

Spa Services

Blueberry Facial

Your dog will relax and enjoy during this gentle and all-natural facial, which includes a warm water wash, massage, exfoliation, facial scrub and warm towel finish. Our special Blueberry Facial is calming, clensing and color brightening and the scent is delicious.

Blueberry Wash

All of the wonderful features of the Blueberry Facial, but now for your whole pet. Your pet will relax and enjoy the aromatherapeutic treatment, and you will enjoy the overall color brightening and delicious scent.

“Paw-dicure” Treatment

The special ‘paw-dicure’ includes nail-cutting, trimming of the paw pads, nail filing, trimming around the feet, application of the paw balm, and massage of the paw pads. Polish is optional. (dogs only)

Boarding

At Jo-Mar, we have been boarding pets for over 50 years, and whether your dog or cat will be staying for just the day or for several weeks, you will have peace of mind knowing that they are being well cared for.

Individual Attention and personal care flyer

All pets are evaluated so that we can meet each one’s individual needs. Your pet will eat, play and receive personalized attention when it is best for them – not according to a random schedule.

Feel free to come and visit us and take a tour of our boarding facilities. You can bring your pet along to check things out.

We offer a complimentary day or night stay to acclimate your pet to boarding at Jo-Mar.

Our Facilities Include:
• Individual cage less dog runs – both inside and outside
• A climate controlled environment, with heat, central air and a fresh-air exhaust ventilation system
• An outdoor play area, where dogs are brought out personally by a staff member
• A complimentary bath for you to bring home a sparkling clean pet (A full bath or a full groom can be requested when making your reservation)

Required Vaccinations:
DOGS: DHLPP (Distemper Parvo), rabies and canine influenza vaccinations-required annually. Bordetella is required by Jo-Mar to be administered every 6 months. If the vaccine doesn’t meet the 6 month requirement it must be administered at least 10 days prior to your dog’s visit or the dog cannot board with us.
